The Senior Project Coordinator supports the delivery of the Golden Phoenix programme by driving execution of projects and workstreams aligned to programme objectives, breakthroughs, and value outcomes. The role ensures structured delivery, governance adherence, and alignment across stakeholders, enabling successful delivery of transformation outcomes within ST&S.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive delivery of assigned projects or workstreams to meet programme breakthroughs and objectives.
  • Maintain plans and provide accurate reporting to support programme governance and decision-making.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues to minimise impact on delivery outcomes.
  • Manage dependencies across projects to ensure alignment and reduce delivery conflicts.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and outcomes achieved.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards to enable consistent delivery.

Essential Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology or related subject area.
  • Project or programme management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) desirable.

Essential Experience & Job Requirements

  • Experience supporting delivery of projects or programmes.
  • Understanding of planning, risk, issue and dependency management.
  • Experience in transformation or technology delivery environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in energy trading or ST&S.
  • Exposure to digital, data or AI programmes.
