Senior Project Co-ordinator

Location: London | Start: ASAP

We’re working with a global events agency to find a Senior Project Co-ordinator to support the delivery of international events, exhibitions and experiential projects across EMEA.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their events career to gain exposure across the full project lifecycle—from pitch and planning through to delivery and post-event reporting.

The Role

  • Support production teams across pitches, tenders and live projects
  • Assist with project coordination, timelines and administration
  • Organise internal meetings, agendas, minutes and reports
  • Manage travel logistics including international flights and accommodation
  • Maintain communication with clients, suppliers and internal teams
  • Support supplier sourcing and onboarding processes
  • Manage project tools and documentation
  • Provide financial admin support including PO raising and budget tracking

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an admin or co-ordinator role, must be from within an events or agency environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Calm under pressure with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
