Are you an experienced project or delivery management professional with digital or technology delivery experience who enjoys solving complex problems and guiding clients through challenging programmes of work?

Do you want to play a key role in a growing consultancy that values integrity, collaboration and real impact?

We are hiring a Senior Project & Delivery Manager who brings strong delivery leadership, commercial awareness and proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and customer relationships.

About the Role

Redbay is a small but fast‑growing cyber security company where you’ll have the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility from day one. We’re looking for people who are adaptable, proactive, and ready to meet challenges with a positive, solutions‑focused mindset.

What you will be doing:

In this senior role, you will lead the successful delivery of client cyber and digital projects and programmes while supporting the development of both clients and the internal team. You will establish clear plans and controls, maintain delivery momentum and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading projects and programmes from initiation through delivery, transition and closure
  • Defining scope, outcomes, delivery plans, milestones, budgets and resource requirements
  • Establishing governance, controls and reporting to support timely decision-making
  • Managing risks, issues, dependencies and change, escalating where appropriate and driving effective resolution
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and client stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum
  • Monitoring progress against time, cost, quality and outcome measures, taking corrective action when needed
  • Producing clear plans, status reports, decision papers and other high-quality client deliverables
  • Facilitating workshops, reviews and stakeholder meetings to build alignment and remove barriers
  • Managing and mentoring consultants, providing oversight, guidance and development support
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and building lasting relationships
  • Identifying new opportunities and contributing to well-structured, high-quality proposals
  • Capturing lessons learned and embedding continuous improvement across delivery activity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
