You will lead complex, high-visibility projects spanning mobile connectivity, enterprise software, networks, and new market launches.
The role combines strategic project ownership with hands-on coordination across internal teams, vendors, mobile network operators, and service partners. - Track, measure, and report project performance, maintaining clear visibility of progress, risks, issues, and required actions.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address potential delivery challenges.
- Manage vendors and suppliers against agreed timelines, budgets, quality expectations, and delivery commitments.
- Apply recognized project management standards and best practices to strengthen project governance and execution.
- Make informed decisions around resource allocation, prioritization, and project dependencies.
- Ensure appropriate quality assurance practices are applied in collaboration with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams.
- Coordinate regulatory compliance activities for projects entering new markets, involving Legal and Product Management stakeholders where required.
- Coordinate technical activities involved in integrating new mobile networks into an existing technology platform.
- Serve as a first-level escalation point for delivery issues and coordinate appropriate resolution across stakeholders.
- Build and maintain effective, professional communication with internal and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
