Your Next Destination

- Languages: English is our main working language day to day, so you'll need to be comfortable communicating in it both in meetings and async.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-exposure multi-faced projects to ensure effective execution of Airalo’s strategy
- Coordinate internal deliverables and external efforts to guarantee the successful and timely delivery of projects.
- Representing Airalo as the project managing interface to mobile networks, vendors, and service partners on a global scale
- Managing vendors and suppliers to comply on time, budget, and quality
- Establishing and maintaining professional internal and external communication
- Applying best practices and standards to elevate our project governance framework
- Define and measure key aspects of the projects’ performance
- Effectively tracking, driving, and reporting project status
- Create project time plans including vendors, deliverables, milestones, critical paths
- Analyze risk, define mitigation plans, and proactively act on them
- Making decisions for resource leveling and project prioritizations
- Ensure top quality assurance practices are applied, and cooperate with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to achieve this
- Managing and assuring regulatory compliance for the projects targeting new markets
- Orchestrating Legal and Product Management efforts to achieve the above if needed
- Coordinate technical activities of integrating new networks into the existing Airalo platform
- Serve as first-level escalation point in case of shortcomings of whatever nature

Must have:
- 3 years minimum relevant experience in the mobile telco industry
- 6 years minimum experience in enterprise software deployment and integration projects
- Sound understanding of eSIM technology and use cases.
- Understanding of Mobile Roaming use cases and details like passive/active roaming, international calling, and sponsored roaming.
- Knowledge and experience in diverse Project Management Methodologies diverting from Waterfall to Agile.
- PMP, Prince, Agile PM training and certification are good to have.
- State-of-the-art project planning and execution skills: Scope, time, budget, resource management, Dependencies, Critical Path, Risk management, status reporting.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent English skills in writing, speaking, and reading (business fluent).
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of Telecommunication Network technologies like Mobile Core and OSS/BSS.
- International working experience is highly preferred
Salary
£71,600 - £102,900 a year

This role is remote and open to candidates across our supported locations in Europe. The range below reflects the full salary range for this role across the countries where it's available:
- 📍 UK: £71,600 – £102,900
- 📍 Ireland: €85,200 – €122,475
- 📍 Western/Northern Europe: €62,800 – €131,675
- 📍 Southern Europe: €49,600 – €107,275
- 📍 Central & Eastern Europe: €31,023 – €87,975
- 📍 South-Eastern Europe/Balkans: €49,518 – €73,673

Your specific range within this band depends on where you're based, and there's room to discuss what's right for the person and the role.
