Ready to take the lead on some seriously exciting hospitality projects?
One of the industry’s leading hospitality studios is looking for an experienced Senior Project Designer to join their team, working across standout hotels, resorts, bars, and restaurants internationally.
This is more than a design role. You’ll play a key part in shaping the creative vision, leading a talented team, and driving projects from conception through to completion.
The role
- Developing and pushing the creative vision alongside Directors and Associates
- Leading projects through all stages, from concept to completion
- Providing experienced design and technical direction to the wider team
- Guiding design research and concept development
- Leading communication with clients, operators, consultants, and contractors
- Participating in client presentations and helping bring the creative vision to life
- Working closely with the FF&E team throughout every stage
- Overseeing drawing packages, specifications, schedules, and presentations
- Managing workloads and delegating effectively across the design team
- Mentoring and developing junior designers, helping to elevate design quality and technical ability

What they’re looking for
- Someone who is creative, technically strong, and confident leading a team.
- You’ll have 6+ years’ experience within hospitality interiors, a strong understanding of the full design process, and the confidence to take ownership of projects, teams, and client relationships.

Essential skills:
- AutoCAD and Rhino
- Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
Advantageous experience:
- SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, or Revit
Most importantly, you’ll have a strong eye for design, color, materiality, and detail, with the ambition to continually push the quality of the work.
