About the Role

Working as part of our Global Midstream Aviation team, the Senior Project Developer – Commissioning and Transition will help deliver safe, compliant and effective mobilisation, commissioning and transition activity for aviation assets. • Prepare and support operational sign-off, using defined readiness and performance criteria.
  • Coordinate commissioning activity, including tests, validations, procedures and reporting, in collaboration with engineering, project, aviation and operations teams.
  • Support business readiness by helping to address communication, training, change impacts, operational processes, systems and tools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in aviation operations, commissioning and/or transition activity who enjoys working collaboratively across technical and operational teams. You will bring a practical, structured approach, strong communication skills and the ability to support safe and compliant delivery in a mission-critical environment. An engineering degree, technical and conversational English, JIG inspection knowledge and experience within airport operations, including into-plane activity, are important for this role. Experience in start-up, transition, international environments or technical forums such as EI or JIG would be helpful, but not essential. We encourage applications from people who can demonstrate the skills and potential to succeed, even if their experience does not match every point exactly.
