What To Expect

With 70,000+ Superchargers, Tesla owns and operates the largest global, ultra-fast charging network in the world. Located on major routes near convenient amenities, Superchargers keep our customers charged when they are away from home. As the expansion of our charging infrastructure continues to grow, we are hiring a Project Developer to continue to develop the Supercharging network by finding and signing the best locations within the UK.

In your day-to-day activities you will work on market research, prospecting potential site hosts, pitching our proposition, negotiating, and closing deals, whilst working alongside a broad range of stakeholders to deliver projects to completion. The ideal candidate comes with strong personal drive, commercial acumen, curiosity and creativity to drive business and customer experience forward. You’re a natural people person – someone who can influence cross-functional project teams and motivate internal and external stakeholders. You have high standards and possess self-belief to work through ambiguity and a fast-paced dynamic environment with multiple and changing priorities. Your prior work experiences have set you up to be autonomous and hit the ground running.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
