Talented people are the key to our success.

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure delivers some of the UK's most complex and critical infrastructure across six core sectors. Through both major projects and long-term frameworks, we are committed to connecting people, places, and communities through responsible infrastructure.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We harness their expertise to design and deliver safe, resilient solutions through innovation and collaboration. As part of Morgan Sindall Group plc, a leading UK construction and regeneration group, we offer the opportunity to be part of something meaningful and impactful.

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our growing team, supporting the mobilisation and delivery of the Lyra Programme within the AWE Framework. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of MEICA engineering packages on one of the UK's most significant nuclear infrastructure projects, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams from design through to construction and final handover.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving engineering excellence, ensuring safe and effective project delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with client and project stakeholders. In return, you will benefit from working within a long-term framework that offers exceptional career development opportunities and an attractive remuneration package.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of MEICA engineering packages throughout the project lifecycle, from mobilisation and design through to construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Coordinate and manage multi-functional delivery teams to ensure engineering activities are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Provide technical leadership and support across design, manufacturing, and construction activities.
  • Ensure engineering solutions are compliant with project requirements, industry standards, and nuclear regulatory expectations.
  • Manage technical interfaces between disciplines, stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery teams.
  • Review and approve engineering deliverables, ensuring quality and technical assurance requirements are met.
  • Monitor package performance, identifying and managing risks, opportunities, and change.
  • Support project planning and reporting activities, providing engineering input to programme and commercial teams.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key client stakeholders and supply chain partners.
  • Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
