The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to contribute to the successful delivery of major, high-profile projects. This role offers the chance to work on large-scale, complex projects across various sectors, including health, social infrastructure, and education.

You’ll play a key role in project execution, from design coordination to quality control, and contribute to delivering exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project & Site Management: Assist with project coordination and subcontractor management, ensuring on-time completion and quality adherence.
- Design Management: Resolve design issues and provide technical input throughout both the design and construction phases.
- Program Preparation & Administration: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring effective program management and delivery.
- Site-Based Execution: Oversee cost management, quality assurance, and environmental controls on-site, ensuring compliance and reporting progress regularly.
- Health & Safety Advocacy: Champion health and safety initiatives, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For
- Relevant building and tertiary qualifications
- Proven experience in large-scale construction projects
- Strong technical skills with the ability to lead and solve complex problems
- Experience managing subcontractor performance and coordinating design processes
- Knowledge of cost management, quality assurance, and environmental controls
- A strong commitment to advocating and promoting health and safety standards
