We’re looking for a Senior Project Engineering Manager to take a leading role in the delivery of major HVDC infrastructure projects from our Stafford office, with Glasgow also possible.
This isn’t a role where you simply manage engineering activities.
You’ll be at the centre of some of the most complex energy projects in the industry, leading international, multidisciplinary engineering teams and working directly across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and customers.
What you’ll own:
- Engineering delivery on $500M–$2B+ EPC projects
- Multidisciplinary engineering teams across international locations
- Technical interfaces, risks, change, and project decisions
- Engineering performance against schedule, cost, quality, and technical requirements
- Customer and stakeholder relationships
- The transition from engineering through to construction and commissioning
- Developing and mentoring the next generation of project engineers

HVDC experience is highly valued, but it isn’t essential.
If you’ve successfully led complex engineering delivery on major projects and are ready to apply that experience to some of the world’s most important energy infrastructure, this could be an opportunity worth exploring.
