As a Senior Project Executive at Ipsos

As a Senior Project Executive at Ipsos, you'll be a crucial part of our mission, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality research projects. You'll be the linchpin between our research and delivery teams, ensuring our projects are executed flawlessly.

Your day-to-day will be a dynamic blend of stakeholder management, client liaison, project oversight, and team collaboration, all while championing Ipsos' commitment to quality and innovation. You will manage the delivery process, working in partnership with the researchers and operations teams to plan and manage your projects. You will support the end-to-end costing process for your project and new business briefs. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to improved process development (both standard and automated protocols).

In the Brand Health team, PMs focus on the large &/or complex programmes – usually £350k+. This is a Research PM role, not an Operations role.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 3 days in our London office and the rest from home.

Your Day to Day

These are the types of things you can expect to be doing during your day to day, although as Ipsos is a dynamic organisation, this may vary as different opportunities arise:

  • Project Management: With support, you will work closely with research and delivery teams to ensure the project is delivered on time and to quality standards.
  • Process improvement: You will be joining a team who are passionate about improving processes and constantly challenging the status quo to find smarter ways of working through innovation in design solutions, automation, and remote hub utilisation.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with Research team and PM lead to manage the end-to-end project cycle, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Client relationship: You will be client-facing, actively participating in regular meetings and taking a proactive approach to developing knowledge of the client’s business.
  • Financial Management: You’ll support the team in managing the financial health of your project – tracking costs, flagging risks, and contributing to financial performance reviews.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
