Senior Project Manager | Digitas

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex digital projects for one of our largest client partnerships. This is a brilliant opportunity to play a central role in bringing together talented specialists, guiding multi-disciplinary teams, and helping deliver work that creates meaningful impact for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital programmes for a major client, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
  • Create and own project plans, managing estimates, dependencies, resources and delivery milestones across multiple workstreams.
  • Guide and support cross-functional teams of 20+ people, providing clear direction, prioritisation and coordination throughout delivery.
  • Manage project governance, including RAID logs, status reporting, change control, risk management and escalation processes.
  • Partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, align expectations and build trusted relationships.
  • Support business growth by contributing to project scoping, solution planning, statements of work, estimates and proposals.
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices, encouraging effective collaboration, innovation and operational excellence.

Skills we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager within an agency, consulting or digital delivery environment.
  • Strong track record delivering enterprise-scale website, platform, application or system integration projects.
  • Experience applying Agile delivery methodologies and adapting approaches to meet programme and client needs.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders across complex projects.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and client relationship management skills, with the confidence to lead workshops and discussions.
  • Experience with project delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence, alongside strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to balance commercial awareness, delivery excellence and people leadership while managing budgets, forecasts and project performance.

Desirable

  • PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum Alliance accreditation, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience in disciplines such as software engineering, business analysis, information architecture or digital product delivery.
  • Experience working with distributed or offshore delivery teams across multiple locations.
  • Passion for improving delivery processes, tools and ways of working to enhance project outcomes.
