Senior Project Manager | East London - Data Center Project
ROA Talent is supporting a leading international contractor in the appointment of a Senior Project Manager for a major construction project based in East London. This opportunity is suited to a Project Manager who has successfully delivered large-scale construction projects. We are particularly interested in professionals from Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Mission Critical, or other complex technical environments.

Responsibilities
- Lead overall project delivery from construction through to completion
- Manage CSA and MEP teams to achieve programme, quality, and safety objectives
- Coordinate project stakeholders, subcontractors, and client teams
- Drive commercial awareness and project performance
- Ensure successful integration of all project disciplines
- Maintain strong project governance and reporting structures
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Strong understanding of both CSA and MEP delivery
- Experience on large-scale construction projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Track record delivering projects safely, on programme, and within budget
