Love running projects, hate juggling sales targets? Read on.

We're 2Viz, a digital experience platform company with a close-knit team across London, Frankfurt, and Jakarta. We build and run digital platforms for very high-calibre corporate clients in travel, cruise, and logistics, and we pride ourselves on client excellence. We need a Senior Project Manager who can walk in, pick up 4–6 accounts, and run them brilliantly from day one.

This is project management in its purest form. No commercial targets. No account plans. Minimal client admin. Just you, big-name projects, and a talented international team of designers and developers who need someone seriously organised keeping everything moving.

What your week looks like

  • Running delivery on 4–6 accounts — project plans, timings, and UAT instructions clients can rely on.
  • Living in Teamwork: every task updated, every resource allocated, every date coordinated.
  • Working hand in hand with developers: sprints, tickets, releases, and the lot.
  • Running pre-launch checks and launches — nothing ships that shouldn't.
  • Using AI (we work with Claude daily) and Figma to move faster and smarter.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You should apply if…

  • You've got 4–6 years' PM experience, ideally across more than one agency — you know the ropes and don't need hand-holding.
  • You know Teamwork inside out, or a very similar PM platform at the very least.
  • Dev workflows, UAT, and QA aren't buzzwords to you — they're your Tuesday.
  • Resourcing is second nature: you always know who's on what, and what happens if a date moves.
  • You're organised at the very top of your game — nothing slips on your watch.
  • Nobody ever has to chase you for an update — clients or colleagues. You're ahead of the story, every time.
  • You're a genuine team player, and you're excited by AI tools, not scared of them.
