Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Falmer/Durrington (Flexible/Hybrid)

About the role:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Major Projects Capital Deliver Team, delivering critical water and wastewater projects with budgets of up to £100 million as part of our 5-year AMP cycle.

This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact in a role where no two days are the same—leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex programmes, and driving real change across the sector

What you will be responsible for:

  • As Project Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of project delivery—orchestrating everything from initial planning through to execution and completion.
  • You’ll align estimating, scheduling, procurement, design, and construction to ensure smooth, efficient progress.
  • End-to-end project leadership—meeting schedule, quality, and budget objectives
  • Creating and managing project schedules including key milestones (design, procurement, stakeholder sign-off, construction, etc.)
  • Driving efficiency, facilitating collaboration, and resolving challenges quickly to keep the programme on track
  • Coordinating internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and shared goals
  • Reporting on progress, forecasting, and risk to inform business decisions and reduce exposure
  • Supporting strategic programme clarity alongside the Senior Project Manager

What you’ll bring to the role:

We're looking for someone who brings proven experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects—ideally within utilities, water, or construction—and who thrives on solving problems and driving progress.

  • You’ll be a strategic thinker who can unite multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders around clear goals, keeping projects on track and aligned with the bigger picture.
  • If you're confident managing risk, forecasting with precision, and balancing commercial priorities while delivering to time, cost and quality, you’ll feel right at home in this role.
  • As you will be required to travel to sites 2 day per week, a full, UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle is essential.
