We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing project team and lead the delivery of complex structures projects across London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious construction professional who enjoys working on technically challenging projects and wants to take ownership of delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
About the Role
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the delivery of major structures projects from mobilisation to completion
- Take overall responsibility for programme, cost, quality, risk, and H&S
- Lead and develop Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, and wider delivery teams
- Manage clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Drive project programmes, sequencing, and delivery strategies
- Oversee commercial performance, procurement, variations, and project costs
- Coordinate structural works alongside demolition, enabling works, and temporary works
- Identify and manage project risks, constraints, and opportunities
- Ensure consistently high standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance

Required Skills
- Proven experience delivering structures projects
- Strong experience within the London construction market
- A track record of managing complex construction projects
- Strong programme and commercial management skills
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and specialist subcontractors
- Excellent client and stakeholder-management abilities
- Relevant construction, engineering, or project-management qualifications

Preferred Skills
- Experience across reinforced concrete, steel, structural alterations, temporary works, demolition, or complex refurbishment would be highly advantageous.
