Introduction
Socially Powerful is a global social media marketing agency offering bespoke, end-to-end services to our clients. Our rapidly growing team of creatives, strategists, designers, editors, and account managers work together to create impactful content for our list of global brands, covering FMCG, fashion, beauty, and tech.

About the role
Project Management sits at the heart of the agency operations, acting as the connective tissue between account management, campaign delivery, creative and production teams. In this role, you will be embedded within the accounts team, and work closely with the account leads but also work closely with operations, finance and resourcing, as well as a variety of client-side stakeholders, to independently and proactively lead the delivery of multiple campaigns across some of our most complex accounts.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will own the commercial delivery and workflow of a portfolio of integrated social and influencer campaigns for our client who are US-headquartered. You will manage budgets, agendas, timelines, and cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted point of contact for clients and account leadership on all matters of delivery.

You will be a proactive problem-solver and an asset for account leads. You’ll also act a mentor to junior members of the team, and a key contributor to the agency's operational excellence - overseeing project delivery and commercial performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced creative, influencer, social, or digital agency.
  • Proven experience managing commercial delivery: budgets, forecasting, margin and billing, not just timelines.
  • Experience working with US clients or stakeholders, with an understanding of US commercial and communication norms.
  • Genuine passion for influencer and performance marketing.
  • Exceptional organisation and ability to independently manage multiple campaigns to an extremely high standard, in a fast-paced environment, while always maintaining an eye for detail.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and deal with problems in a logical and efficient way.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor communication and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritising an ever-changing workload.
  • Demonstrable experience as a project lead on sizeable client accounts, coordinating members of the Accounts, Creative, and Production teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Hands-on knowledge of influencer or creator marketing workflows is highly desirable.
  • Skilled with spreadsheets & project management platforms (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, Teamwork) and comfortable building reporting from them.
  • Experience in team management and developing and facilitating successful delivery of campaigns from end to end.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
