Role Description

The Senior Project Manager role is a full-time position based in London, responsible for leading complex prime residential projects from inception to completion. The individual in this role oversees project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will conduct regular inspections, track procurement and expediting of materials, and manage logistics to maintain efficient project flow. This role also involves:

  • Mentoring project teams
  • Maintaining rigorous health and safety compliance
  • Preparing clear reports and updates for stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including Project Management expertise and experience overseeing complex construction projects.
  • Proficiency in expediting functions, to manage procurement and timely delivery of materials.
  • Experience with Inspection processes, ensuring quality control, compliance with building regulations, and adherence to design specifications.
  • Competence in Logistics Management to coordinate site deliveries, storage, and sequencing of work for efficient project execution.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience building strong relationships with clients and professional partners.
  • Solid understanding of construction contracts, budgets, scheduling tools, and health and safety regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Previous experience in high-end residential or luxury construction projects in the UK is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
