Senior Project Manager - Perm - Horsham - Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office) - £70k-£75k
My client based in Horsham is currently recruiting for an accomplished Senior Project Manager with extensive experience delivering complex IT and software implementation projects within UK Financial Services.
Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and portfolios through the full project lifecycle, consistently delivering on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. You will be experienced in leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders at all levels, and coordinating resources across the UK and global teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Project planning and governance
- Risk and change management
- Contract and supplier management
- Customer relationship management
- Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience working within structured frameworks such as ITIL, ISO 27001, and software development lifecycles
Required Skills
- A confident communicator with excellent client-facing, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Capable of building trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and senior stakeholders
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Azure DevOps
