Senior Project Manager – Financial Services Account (12-Month Maternity Cover)

About The Role

Are you a seasoned Senior Project Manager ready to take ownership of a prestigious financial services account? We're looking for an innovative professional who thrives managing high-volume creative briefs from strategic conception through to flawless delivery. You'll work across multiple channels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing precision with empathy to drive exceptional results.

In this role, you'll spearhead end-to-end delivery of creative production services, acting as the central point of contact across Strategy, Client Partnership, Creative, Copy, Design, and Build teams. You'll own project pipelines, manage budgets and timelines, and cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders—all while ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the complete delivery lifecycle of creative campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets proactively, identifying and resolving issues before they escalate
  • Build and maintain accurate project documentation, including timing plans, cost estimates, and resource bookings
  • Collaborate with Client Leadership to manage pipeline workload based on team capacity
  • Drive weekly revenue reconciliation and project burn analysis in partnership with finance and account teams
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders, ensuring project goals and deliverables are understood and met
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to support integrated, multi-channel campaign execution
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and creative solutions, continuously finding innovative ways to enhance campaign performance

About You

  • Experience: Currently operating at Senior Project Manager level with 1-2 years in this position, managing diverse projects (large/small, online/offline) from brief to delivery
  • Multitasker: Capable of juggling multiple projects concurrently without losing sight of quality or detail
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled at cultivating strong connections at all levels and managing multiple stakeholders with confidence
  • Commercially Minded: Sharp commercial insight with the ability to identify business and growth opportunities
  • Problem Solver: Creative flair, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Methodical: Experienced with project management methodologies and platforms
  • Well-Rounded: Strong organisational skills, staff oversight capability, client-facing communication expertise, procurement knowledge, and a genuine commitment to fostering team inclusivity

You're persuasive, empathetic, intellectually curious, and possess excellent written communication skills. You thrive on synthesising complex information, thinking critically, and delivering results with precision.
