About Us
We are Wiser, a global, award-winning Employer Brand agency. We build employer brands to guide the best in the biz into their dream career with our clients. We’re a home for people who think big and expect more. We transform a company’s employer brand internally and externally and change cultures from the ground up.
With creative, strategic and early talent experts in-house, our clients have a single partnership with Wiser and we deliver end-to-end campaigns helping them to attract and retain the best talent globally.
We believe that people will do their best work when they're in a space that enables it. And that's what we've shaped at Wiser - a culture where everyone can be real and back themselves, surrounded by high performers who take ownership of their career and make moves, no matter what their background.

What's This Role All About?
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who’ll inspire and motivate all of the teams that make up our creative department: design, research, creative, strategy, marketing, product, and films.
After a few weeks of onboarding to learn about all things ‘Wiser’, you’ll be assigned your own client projects to manage end-to-end with support from your team and manager.
You’ll be the sole point of contact for these top clients and take full ownership of their accounts, involving everything from weekly project check-ins and building creative briefs to consulting with ongoing creative work and working closely with your Account Director to upsell new projects. The role is client-facing, but it’s operational too, so you’ll work closely with our Studio Manager to make sure our creative work is mapped out and we never miss a deadline. You’ll also become an expert on ClickUp, our project management tool - project plans will be your new best friend.
What Will You Spend Your Time Doing?
- Comfortable on the front lines, you’ll be acting as the face of Wiser for many of our clients. Being confident in working with all types of people is key and relationship-building is a big part of the job - both with our clients and our colleagues.
- You’ll stay one step ahead at all times, making sure our creative work moves in the right direction. That means, supporting all of our creative teams to keep things moving.
- An organisational whizz, you’ll juggle high-traffic inboxes, packed out diaries and notifications coming from all angles. Clients need quick and thorough responses and it takes a certain type of person to stay on top of it. If you’re the person in the friendship group who makes a colour-coded spreadsheet for the holiday itinerary, then we want you!
- You’ll be adaptable and resilient. We won’t sugarcoat it - being a PM can be hard. Sometimes things go wrong. And that’s ok! We keep (relatively) calm and crack on! You’ll always have a stellar team at your back.
- Finally, you’ll use your eagle eye for detail as our last line of defence when it comes to delivering quality work. Everything we send to clients has to be 1,000/10 - that means no spelling mistakes or avoidable errors. Check, check and check again... and then again for good measure!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What Are We Looking For?
- Brilliant spoken and written communication skills. We talk a lot and we write even more emails so it will be helpful if you’re a natural communicator.
- Existing agency and/or project management experience. If you’ve worked in a creative or branding agency before and can bring some insights and knowledge to the team, we’d love to hear from you!
- A can-do attitude and an aptitude for learning — if you’re ready to jump into new situations with enthusiasm and confidence, learning as you go, then you could be our next SPM.
- 3-5 years creative agency experience. We’ve landed some incredible clients recently, and are looking for people who have experience in a similar role so they can hit the ground running and make an impact fast.
- Project managers need to have incredible mental agility and be adaptable to the pace of agency life. Things change quickly around here… we need people who can keep up.
- Confidence in managing difficult situations - from navigating conversations with a client who is constantly moving the goalposts, to feeding back on creative work that doesn’t quite hit the mark, to motivating a team to deliver on another round of revisions (when they really don’t want to!).
What's in It for You?
- A Happiness team whose role is to make Wiser the best place to work possible. Whether it’s keeping the office stocked up with snacks, sending you a care package when you’re poorly, or planning the next Wiser party, they make the office a much happier place
- A culture calendar full of options - from black tie to sports day, book club or run club, there’s something for everyone.
- We’re pretty proud of the space we have here - from phone booths to walking pads, all the way to a rainforest for focus-time… whatever vibe you need, you can find it here.
- The W breakfast - our Happiness team makes sure everyone starts the day right with a hotel-worthy breakfast spread. Fancy coffee tap and unlimited fizzies on offer too.
- On top of your holiday allowance, the office also closes for up to 2 weeks over the festive period so we can all recharge before coming back in the new year.
- Wiser Bank Holiday - a beloved Purple People tradition in the form of an extra day off in October each year to celebrate our first ever million-pound-month (Yep, it happened in 2022 and we still celebrate)
- Moving House Day - one of life’s most stressful events made easier by an extra day off.
- Work from Anywhere - everyone has a number of days to work from home or wherever they fancy. Whether it’s staying home to snuggle your cat or working from Greece for a week in the summer, WFA is the answer.
- Learning & development - our monthly ‘Wiser Way’ days give you the chance to choose from a selection of training modules taught by our leaders. Whether it’s how to craft the perfect deck with our Creative Director, how to speak confidently about commercials with our CFO, or get some tips on managing for the first time with our Head of People, the schedule has something for everyone
- Therapy - with 5 therapists to choose from, each year you can get up to x3 therapy sessions subsidised through Wiser to take either here in our own secret Log Cabin, externally or online (you pay £20 a session and we cover the rest)
- Vitality Health Insurance - full coverage once you’ve passed probation. From necessities like the dentist, doctors and opticians, to mega rewards like Champneys, gym and travel discounts, it’s a winner.
- Gymbox - once passing probation, you can access our exclusive Wiser x Gymbox partnership where you can bag your Gymbox membership for less than half price.
