💥 £35,000-£43,000

💥 Leeds – 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH

ThePlaceToBe are excited to be working closely with a leading brand activation agency in Leeds, delivering standout campaigns, events and experiences for some super exciting brands.

This agency is known for bringing brands to life through bold activations, expertly delivered events and engaging experiences, with a collaborative culture and a real focus on delivering brilliant work for clients.

About the role...

As Project Manager, you’ll be the person keeping projects moving from initial brief through to final delivery. You’ll manage multiple projects, stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring everything is delivered seamlessly, on time and to an exceptional standard.

What you’ll be doing day to day...

  • Taking ownership of projects from brief through to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, resources and key milestones
  • Managing senior client stakeholders with confidence, building trust and becoming a reliable point of contact throughout every project
  • Planning and running 6 small events over a 12 month period, keeping actions clear and making sure everyone stays aligned
  • Managing the delivery of brand activations, events, campaigns, branding and experiential projects from concept through to execution
  • Working closely with creative, production, suppliers and wider agency teams to solve problems, manage expectations and make sure every detail is delivered brilliantly

What we're looking for...

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within an agency, events, experiential, brand activation, marketing or similar fast-paced environment
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, budgets and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior clients
  • Experience managing events, brand activations, campaigns, branding or experiential projects from briefing through to delivery
  • A highly organised, proactive and calm operator who can run effective meetings, spot potential issues early and bring people together to get things done
