Senior Project Manager | Commercial Development | London
I'm working with a highly regarded project management consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing London team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to lead the delivery of large-scale commercial cut and carve refurbishment projects for some of the UK's leading Tier One developers. Projects are high profile, technically complex, and offer genuine variety from inception through to completion.
The role will involve:
- Leading major commercial refurbishment and redevelopment schemes
- Managing multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams
- Acting as the key client contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Overseeing programme, cost, risk, and quality
- Driving successful project delivery from feasibility through to handover

I'm keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Experience delivering large commercial office refurbishment or cut and carve projects
- Consultancy-side project management experience
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills
- MRICS qualified or currently working towards chartership
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to lead complex projects
