Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager

6 Months

Outside IR35

Remote or Hybrid - Reading 1 day per week

We are supporting a growing telecommunications organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a range of business-critical product, platform and customer change initiatives.

Working across Product, Operations, Technology and Commercial teams, you will lead programmes covering customer migrations, partner onboarding, systems integration and new service delivery within a fast-paced telecoms environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end projects from initiation through to successful implementation.
  • Support new product and service launches.
  • Manage customer and partner onboarding programmes.
  • Deliver customer migration and transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Operations and Commercial functions.
  • Manage project governance, RAID logs, reporting and stakeholder communications.
  • Support business readiness, operational readiness and go-live activities.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Experience Required

  • Proven Project Management experience within telecommunications or connectivity environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience delivering customer migrations, onboarding programmes or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with multiple business and technical teams.
  • Strong governance, planning and risk management capabilities.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience with one or more of the following:
