Senior Project Manager - Broadcast Technology

Contract - paying up to £600 Inside IR35 - Hybrid (London)

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading Content Technology & Innovation function delivering high-quality broadcast and media services across European markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead highly complex technical projects across content broadcast platforms, working at the forefront of software, infrastructure and media technology delivery.

As Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead and deliver complex, multi-workstream software and infrastructure projects within broadcast environments
  • Take full accountability for end-to-end project delivery across technical teams
  • Manage virtual teams of engineers, developers and cross-functional specialists
  • Own budgets, forecasting and financial tracking
  • Write and present business cases and detailed project reports to senior stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers
  • Coach and mentor junior project team members
  • Ensure delivery to agreed scope, time and budget using structured project methodologies

  • Proven experience delivering technical projects in live broadcast or similar high-availability environments
  • Strong track record using formal project methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, hybrid models)
  • Demonstrated experience leading and motivating technical delivery teams
  • Experience managing multi-workstream programmes with clear governance and reporting
  • Strong financial management and budget accountability
  • Degree educated (or equivalent experience)
