The Role
We are looking for an ambitious delivery professional to step in and take ownership of high-impact deliverables across some of our most critical strategic pillars: Data Transformation and Enterprise AI Adoption.
This is not a traditional IT delivery role. While a strong technical understanding of data architecture is essential, your primary objective will be leading the cultural, operational, and behavioural shifts required to embed a true single source of truth across the business. Experience with or a keen interest in AI tools and automated workflows is highly desirable, as you will have the opportunity to support our shift towards an AI-empowered operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Transformation & Architecture: Manage core projects aimed at establishing a unified, enterprise data architecture. Balance technical data infrastructure delivery (data hygiene, integration, governance) with the organisational change management required to foster data-led decision-making.
- Data Quality & Compliance: Partner closely with data architects and engineering teams to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility across all business levels.
- AI Adoption & Process Change (Desirable Focus): Support key milestones within our enterprise AI adoption programme. Help identify operational bottlenecks and deploy tailored AI-enabled solutions and automated workflows to drive process optimisation.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building: Lead projects involving senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Build credibility rapidly to align priorities and navigate resistance to change.
- Executive Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives for executive sponsors, Steering Committees, and broader teams.
- Governance & Delivery: Establish clear project scope, milestones, KPIs, and risk management frameworks using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies best suited to rapid deployment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
