Position Summary
A Senior Customer Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all customer delivery projects are delivered on time, to scope, within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer. Ensuring projects are managed and tracked making sure risks, issues and dependencies are appropriately flagged and mitigating actions put in place.
The Senior Customer Project Manager orchestrates the delivery of the overall portfolio of work according to a clearly defined scope of work, within agreed timelines and cost, again ensuring great quality and high customer satisfaction.
This role will be part of an important and interconnected practice that support engineering, delivery and service introduction teams. As well as being responsible for delivering their portfolio of projects on time, it is required that project management standards and processes are applied to deliver projects to a high standard, on-time and within budget.

Objectives & Key Results
- Deliver projects on time, within budget and within scope
- Orchestrate the delivery of our full multi-solution portfolio which will contribute to our NPS and revenue growth
- Adhere to the agreed project management framework, driving a consistent approach and ways of working across all projects
- Manage multiple customer projects making sure risks, issues and dependencies are appropriately flagged and mitigating actions put in place, ultimately, decreasing project escalations to SLT through effective project management

Key Responsibilities
Behavioural Competencies – Organisational & Behavioural Fit
- Flexible and creative, able to take considered risks where appropriate
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-changing environments
- Quick to learn and adapt to changing requirements and priorities
- Self motivated and able to work under pressure
- Strong ability to prioritise multiple complex tasks and meet tight deadlines
Critical Competencies – Technical Fit
Essential
- Demonstrable experience of successfully managing the delivery of multiple complex customer projects, typically gained over 5+ years in a project management or equivalent delivery role
- Hold a recognised project management certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ), Chartered Project Professional (ChPP), PMP or AgilePM
- Practical working knowledge of both predictive (Waterfall) and Agile/hybrid delivery methodologies, with the judgement to apply the most appropriate approach to each project
- Proficient in industry-standard project management and reporting tooling, for example Microsoft Project, ServiceNow
- Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent professional experience
