Servaada, a Wipro company is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing delivery team and drive the successful delivery of proposition, digital and regulatory change initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of wealth and investment platform transformation, delivering complex programmes that make a real impact for clients and customers. This is a new role which will be at the heart of the growth agenda for the organisation.

Responsibilities:

You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of strategic initiatives, including:

  • Digital and mobile platform enhancements
  • Product and proposition development
  • Regulatory and compliance-driven change
  • Cross-functional technology transformation programmes

Working closely with Product Owners, Technology teams, Operations, Risk & Compliance and senior stakeholders, you will drive projects from mobilisation through to successful implementation and business adoption.

Essential Skills:

  • Senior Project Manager with experience of delivering change and transformation within Financial Services
  • Proven experience leading complex business and technology change programmes, including Agile delivery
  • Strong track record delivering product, proposition and digital transformation initiatives
  • Expertise across project planning, governance, RAID management, financial management, stakeholder management and delivery execution
  • Comfortable operating in both Agile and Waterfall environments, tailoring delivery approaches to achieve the best outcomes
  • Experience working closely with Product Owners, Developers and Operational teams
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience within Wealth Management, Investment Platforms or Consulting environments is highly desirable
