Solar PV Project Manager / Electrical Project Manager (Renewable Energy)
Location: Sheffield (Hybrid and Site-Based)

Deliver Renewable Energy Projects That Actually Make an Impact
We're looking for an experienced Solar PV Project Manager or Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial and industrial renewable energy projects across the UK. This is a key role within a growing renewable energy business, where you'll take ownership of end-to-end Solar PV installations, supporting the transition to low-carbon energy across commercial environments. If you've managed electrical, construction, or renewable infrastructure projects and want to work on meaningful, future-focused projects—this is a strong next step.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing the full lifecycle delivery of Solar PV and renewable energy projects (design through to commissioning)
- Overseeing multiple concurrent projects across commercial and industrial sites
- Acting as the primary client interface, ensuring excellent stakeholder and customer management
- Coordinating EPC delivery, including subcontractors, site teams, and internal engineering functions
- Managing project budgets, cost control, and programme timelines
- Leading health and safety planning, RAMS, and compliance across sites
- Supporting grid connection processes, permits, and DNO applications
- Working closely with design teams on technical specifications and system layouts
- Ensuring high-quality project documentation and handover packs

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within Solar PV, Electrical, Construction, or Renewable Energy projects
- Strong understanding of commercial solar installations, electrical systems, or infrastructure delivery
- Experience managing multiple projects and site teams simultaneously
- Confident in budget management, reporting, and programme delivery
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within construction or energy environments
- Experience working with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
- PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
