Senior Project Manager - Change Management
We are pleased to be working with a leading firm in the Insurance industry seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join their Change Management department. Our client is dedicated to redefining industry standards and excels in delivering tailored insurance solutions worldwide. This exceptional opportunity is on a permanent basis, based in their dynamic, purpose-driven team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive Business Change projects, focusing on both the strategic and operational aspects.
- Implement project plans from inception to completion and ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
- Engage and manage stakeholders across diverse business areas ensuring coherent project outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction and support to project resources.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies to oversee project deliverables within defined timelines.
- Maintain continuous communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, adjustments, and strategic direction.
