Senior Project Manager | Full-service digital experience agency | London (Hybrid) | Up to £65k
About the Role
We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established digital experience agency that's the experience arm of a major integrated communications group. They invent, make, and iterate digital products and services for clients across the full digital ecosystem. The team is 70 strong, full-service, with specialists across UX, Design and Motion, Technology & Engineering, Content and Comms, Project Management, Data, Strategy and Ops — all dedicated to creating customer experiences worth talking about.
The Role
The Project Management team is 20 strong and integral to delivering great work across the agency. Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives on learning, developing, and inputting into projects and teams — not just managing them.
You'll bring your experience across different project types, from campaign activations to long-term product and services development, adapting your approach to suit the context. Ideally, you'll have strong end-to-end experience running digital strategy, web design, and web build projects — this role is focused on leading Product and Services work specifically.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
