Senior Project Manager | Residential & Hospitality | £50,000 - £70,000

We're working with a growing project management consultancy that wants to add a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to its team. If you're an ambitious project professional with a strong record on residential or hospitality schemes and you want a clear route to Associate, this one is worth a conversation.

The Role

You'll run projects end to end, from feasibility through to completion, and be the client's trusted advisor throughout. You'll own the programme, cost, risk, procurement and governance, and make sure every project is delivered safely, on time, on budget and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the delivery of several projects at once and giving clients clear, practical advice
  • Spotting risks early and putting the right mitigation's in place
  • Producing strong reports, programmes and project documentation
  • Administering contracts under JCT and NEC, and making sure projects meet legislation, regulations and best practice
  • Being the main point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors, and building relationships that bring repeat work and referrals
  • Mentoring Assistant PMs and PMs, and helping build a collaborative, high-performing culture
  • Supporting business development by deepening existing client relationships and contributing to bids and proposals

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
