Sphere Solutions are working with a successful large regional contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a major new scheme in North Devon.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a land mark scheme and take a leading role in the delivery of a prestigious development programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the successful delivery of a major multi-storey development
- Take overall responsibility for programme, quality, commercial performance and health & safety
- Manage and coordinate the site-based project team
- Work closely with the client, consultants, subcontractors and supply chain
- Oversee construction activities from early stages through to completion
- Monitor project progress against programme and key milestones
- Ensure works are delivered to the required quality and specification
- Manage risks, issues and project constraints effectively
- Coordinate design, procurement and construction activities
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the wider project team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders

About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager on major construction schemes
- Strong traditional build experience
- Previous experience delivering multi-storey residential developments / apartment schemes
- Experience working with precast concrete and complex structural elements
- A strong understanding of programme, quality, commercial and health & safety requirements
