Senior Project Manager (Agile)
Location: Swansea (Hybrid – 2 days per week on-site)
Salary: £55,000
An established and fast-growing digital agency is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join its delivery team. This role bridges clients, creatives, and developers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high technical standard.
You will lead the full lifecycle of digital projects including websites, web applications, integrations, and APIs. Responsibilities span scope definition, sprint planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and technical feasibility oversight.

Project Leadership
- Lead multiple digital projects from discovery through to launch and post-launch support
- Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Maintain detailed documentation and delivery tracking
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Technical Oversight
- Validate architecture and technical feasibility with developers
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges
- Ensure best practice across development, QA, and deployment
Client Management
- Act as primary stakeholder contact
- Manage scope, expectations, and communications
- Present delivery milestones and roadmap updates

Delivery & Operations
- Monitor budgets and project efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design, UX, Dev, QA, DevOps)
- Ensure quality standards are met prior to release
Required Experience
- 4+ years’ project management experience
- Strong understanding of web technologies (APIs, CMS platforms such as Umbraco, front-end/back-end architecture, hosting)
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum workflows
- Proven delivery of complex digital projects
- Strong scoping, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
