About The Role
As a senior project manager you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with children and young people and their families, networks with lived experience of community and mental health services supporting coproduction of all aspects of service design through programmes and projects
- Working closely with clinicians and operational managers to support coproduction of all aspects of service design through programmes and projects
- You will be responsible for managing multiple programmes of service innovation and delivery
- You will work with the Director for London children and young people Outer North east London Services
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead, manage and deliver multiple programmes and projects
- Ensure coproduction with patients, carers, and clinicians
- Ensure robust governance of programmes and projects

Essential Criteria
- PRINCE 2 or other project management qualification or equivalent experience
- Masters or equivalent experience
- Experience of delivering successful programmes / projects

Starting with NELFT
NELFT places a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training, and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process, new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers, and attend a number of drop-in sessions focusing on engagement, health and wellbeing, and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Goodmayes, Essex.
Probationary Period
This post will be subject to a probationary period.
High Cost Area Supplement - Outer London
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,870 and a maximum payment of £6,137 per annum, pro rata for part-time).
