The company is hiring a Project Manager to lead the delivery of office fit-out projects from inception to completion. You’ll take ownership of programme, quality, commercial control, and client communication, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, designers, and the Technical Services function. This role suits someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoys driving projects forward while maintaining strong relationships and high standards.

- Lead the delivery of office fit-out projects typically up to £5m+.
- Manage project planning, sequencing, logistics, and programme control from start to finish.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Work closely with the Technical Services Director and ATSM to ensure MEP coordination, compliance, and quality.
- Review drawings, specifications, and design information to ensure buildability and alignment with client requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive site-based delivery, ensuring health & safety compliance, quality standards, and efficient progress.
- Oversee commercial aspects including procurement, variations, and cost control with support from the commercial team.
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and reporting.
- Manage risk, resolve issues proactively, and maintain a solutions-focused approach.
- Ensure full documentation, commissioning, and handover processes are completed to a high standard.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes and best practice.

Requirements
- Proven experience delivering office fit-out or commercial refurbishment projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, coordination, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical information.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Solid commercial awareness and understanding of procurement and cost control.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across multiple projects or phases simultaneously.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant construction qualifications beneficial.
