About the Role
Our client is a leading international provider of industrial water treatment and process filtration solutions. They support customers across a range of sectors, including industrial manufacturing, food & beverage, and healthcare, helping to solve complex process and production challenges through the design, installation, servicing, and maintenance of high-quality systems.
Due to continued growth and expansion into new industries, they are looking to strengthen their leadership team with a Senior Project Manager. This critical role offers an exceptional opportunity to spearhead the end-to-end lifecycle of multi-million-pound industrial water and wastewater treatment systems, transitioning seamlessly from high-level conceptual design to impactful field deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold complete ownership over the execution and delivery of high-impact, capital engineering infrastructure ranging from c£1m to £3m.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
- Control all aspects of programmes ensuring systems, policies and procedures are fully adhered to.
- Manage the full lifecycle of systems projects, including coordination, implementation, execution, intervention, financial control, and completion, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and goals.
- Develop, lead, and sustain the PMO function with a strong focus on Safety, Environmental, Quality, and technical compliance, on time delivery, and strict adherence to project tender cost allowances, departmental overheads, and Cost of Sales budgets.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Manufacturing, and Service teams to deliver projects within tender cost allowances and contribution targets.
- Help Project Managers plan and programme projects to ensure timely completion to budget and to the required standards.
- Identify additional and future business opportunities and help develop relationships with prospective clients.

Key Experience Required

- Qualified to degree level, or equivalent in Engineering, in a relevant discipline field.
- Knowledge and familiar with industrial and municipal water industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge and familiar with the design, manufacture, assembly, and integration of water filtration and treatment plants.
- Previous Senior Project Manager experience in a similar role within a design & build environment.
Package on Offer
- Salary - £80,000 - £100,000 depending on experience.
