About the Role
We need an experienced Project Manager who will support the EMEA cohort of our global Early-in-Career sales onboarding program. This role reports to the Global Program Manager for EIC. The PM will focus on end-to-end execution, operational excellence, and delivery for all EMEA-based participants while maintaining tight alignment with the global program standards.
Key Focus Areas
- Drive execution of the EMEA EIC cohort (planning, stakeholder coordination, logistics, risk management, and delivery).
- Ensure high-quality, consistent participant experience that aligns with global program standards while addressing regional nuances.
- Track cohort-specific milestones, risks, issues, and KPIs; provide regular status updates to the Global Program Manager.
- Partner closely with Recruiting, P&C, Regional Sales Leadership, Enablement, and Logistics teams in the Americas.
- Support program governance (decision logs, action items, communication plans, and stakeholder management).
- Help evolve the program toward AI-era readiness through operational improvements and automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project or program management experience.
- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment (ideally in Sales Enablement, Talent Development, or Sales Operations).
- Strong experience with risk & issue management, stakeholder coordination, and driving accountability without direct authority.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana preferred).
- Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly desired.

Preferred Experience
- Background in Sales Onboarding, Early-in-Career / New Hire programs, or Sales Enablement.
- Experience supporting large-scale talent development initiatives in a global technology company.
- Familiarity with hybrid delivery models and tools for learner experience (LXPS, MindTickle, etc. is a plus).
