Senior Project Manager / Associate Director

Location: London
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + Package

The Opportunity

The business is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Associate Director to support continued growth across a diverse project portfolio. This is an opportunity to join a growing UK team, gain direct client exposure, and play a key role in shaping both projects and the wider business.

The role suits someone ambitious, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a lean environment where responsibility and progression come quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects from early feasibility through to completion
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Manage programmes, budgets, risk, and reporting
  • Support Directors with client relationships and repeat business
  • Work across multiple sectors, adapting to varied project requirements
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the UK team

Project Sectors
Projects currently include:

  • CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs
  • Workplace projects
  • Logistics and industrial facilities

About You

  • Senior Project Manager with approximately 5+ years’ experience
  • Strong core project management fundamentals (“good bones”)
  • JCT Contract Administration experience is required
  • Background from consultancy, main contractor (e.g. CA), or architectural practice considered
  • Ambitious, proactive, and commercially minded
  • Comfortable working closely with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Personality-led hire – collaborative, driven, and adaptable
  • Interest in developing business development skills over time (not essential from day one)
