Join one of Cushman & Wakefield's fastest-growing teams and take the lead on delivering high-quality Cat B office fit-out projects for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Our Principal Delivery team is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment. This is an opportunity to lead projects from inception through to completion while working directly with a Partner who is committed to supporting your professional development and career progression.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be the key point of contact across multiple projects, taking ownership of delivery, client relationships and commercial performance. Working within our Principal Delivery team, you'll oversee Cat B office fit-outs ranging from £200,000 to £4 million, delivered through a variety of procurement routes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading Cat B office fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional client service.
- Acting as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing project programmes, budgets, risks and procurement strategies.
- Working closely with consultants, contractors and internal multidisciplinary teams.
- Reporting directly to a Partner and contributing to the continued growth of the Principal Delivery team.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- An experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering office fit-out projects.
- A proactive self-starter who can work autonomously while managing competing priorities.
- Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Comfortable delivering projects through a variety of procurement routes.
- Looking to accelerate their career within a growing, entrepreneurial team.
