Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior.NET Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of .NET technologies and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple software development projects using.NET technologies from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and project management methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in.NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, etc.) is a deal breaker.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle). Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on.NET development.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.
