Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex technology projects and building trusted customer relationships?

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services team at Comms-Care. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact infrastructure, cloud, and digital transformation projects for some of the biggest names in technology, working alongside leading vendors, partners, and highly skilled technical teams.

If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, influencing stakeholders, and seeing projects through from concept to successful delivery, this role offers the chance to make a genuine impact while working in a fast-paced and growing technology services environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading multiple professional services projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
  • Working closely with consultants, architects, customers, and partners to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Owning project governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Managing customer relationships and acting as a trusted delivery lead throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Driving project quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing portfolio-level visibility and insight to support strategic decision-making.
  • Supporting cloud, infrastructure, and transformation programmes delivered across a range of technologies and industries.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Project Management experience delivering enterprise IT, cloud, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage confidently with customers and technical teams.
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and project profitability.
  • A structured approach to delivery, governance, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, or other recognised project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience within professional services, managed services, or technology environments would be highly advantageous.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
