Senior Project Manager – Consents
Hybrid | Competitive Salary + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Help deliver the consents that enable major infrastructure projects to progress. A growing organisation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate consent workstreams across nationally significant infrastructure and regeneration projects. You'll work alongside technical specialists to manage programmes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure complex projects remain compliant and on schedule.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager looking to develop within a growing specialist discipline.

Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day consent workstreams across major infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate planners, environmental specialists, engineers, land professionals, and legal advisors.
- Develop and maintain consent programmes, trackers, and project documentation.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring programmes remain on track.
- Support stakeholder engagement and multidisciplinary project coordination.
- Deliver post-consent activities, including condition discharge and construction readiness.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.

We're looking for
- Strong project management experience within infrastructure, utilities, or the built environment.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Knowledge of DCOs, TWAOs, or comparable consent processes.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with a genuine interest in developing within the consent management sector.
