About the Company & The Role
A leading Design & Build commercial fit-out specialist delivering high-quality workplace interiors across London. Known for design excellence, technical capability, and a collaborative culture, the business delivers projects ranging from fast-track refurbishments to complex, multi-floor workplace transformations. With a strong pipeline and repeat-client base, the company offers stability, autonomy, and the opportunity to lead flagship projects.
The Role
The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of project delivery, either running multiple concurrent projects up to £4m or leading a single major project up to £15m. You’ll be the driving force behind programme, quality, commercial control, and client satisfaction — ensuring seamless coordination between design, commercial, and site operations.
This role suits a confident, technically strong, client-facing leader who thrives in a fast-paced D&B environment and is comfortable managing complex stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects across London.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously or take full ownership of a single large-scale project.
- Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, procurement schedules, and risk registers.
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary client interface, providing regular updates and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate closely with design, commercial, and pre-construction teams to ensure coordinated delivery.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical details to identify risks, clashes, and value-engineering opportunities.
- Maintain strict commercial control, managing variations, budgets, and cost reporting.
- Lead progress meetings, produce reports, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Drive a positive site culture focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Ensure full compliance with company procedures, CDM regulations, and H&S legislation.
- Use Procore to manage project documentation, reporting, workflows, and communication.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
