Senior Project Manager - Hotel / Office / Retail Sector

Independent Project Consultancy

£75,000-£80,000 + bonus + benefits, London

This leading, independent project management consultancy work with tier one real estate developer, investor, and occupier clients in Central London with several award-winning projects in their portfolio.

They currently seek a Senior Project Manager to join their London team due to a number of new projects coming live in Q3/Q4 2026. These are a mix of office, retail, and hotel consisting of CAT A and CAT B with contract values £5m-£60m.

✨ Why this role?

  • You will join a team that boasts high employee engagement, low staff turnover, and a strong market reputation.
  • You’ll be working with a Director, supported by a PM/APM team, helping to lead projects for a high-profile client base with a clear pathway to AD level.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy
  • Track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contract
  • Experienced on new build, cut and carve, CAT A or CAT B
  • Ideally chartered or on the pathway (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
