Senior Project Manager - Digital Assets
London - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract - 5 days in office
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading financial markets organisation delivering strategic technology and business transformation initiatives. Experience within investments / asset management / wealth management is essential. This role offers the chance to work on software development and digital innovation programmes supporting the evolution of next-generation trading, investment and digital asset capabilities within a highly regulated environment.
The Opportunity
Working across business and technology teams, you will lead complex, multi-stream initiatives from inception through to delivery, helping bring new platforms, products and operational capabilities to market. You'll be at the centre of large-scale transformation initiatives, partnering with technology, product, operations, risk and compliance teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and change programmes
- Manage multiple workstreams across software development, operations and business functions
- Build and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, RAID logs and executive reporting
- Work closely with engineering, architecture and product teams to deliver strategic technology initiatives
- Drive stakeholder engagement across senior leadership, technology and business teams
- Support business readiness, operating model evolution and adoption of new capabilities
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and delivery challenges
- Ensure delivery remains aligned to evolving business priorities and strategic objectives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering large-scale technology and software development projects within financial services, fintech or capital markets
- Strong project management, delivery management or business change background
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and drive programmes to successful outcomes
- Strong understanding of governance, risk and regulatory considerations
- Experience working with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
