Senior Project Manager | Publicis Media | Hybrid
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to join Publicis Media, working closely with a high-profile global technology client. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex, high-impact projects across a fast-moving and constantly evolving client environment. You’ll work closely with teams across media, strategy, data, technology and operations, bringing structure, clarity and momentum to projects from initial planning through to delivery. What you'll be doing:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery roadmaps across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Publicis Media, ensuring clear ownership, accountability and alignment throughout delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, providing clear updates, managing expectations and building strong working relationships.
- Identify risks, dependencies and potential challenges early, putting practical solutions in place to keep projects moving.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops and status updates, ensuring actions and decisions are clearly captured and followed through.
- Support project governance, resource planning, budget tracking and change management across key programmes.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to manage competing priorities and navigate a complex, fast-paced client environment.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes, ways of working and project delivery across the wider team.

- Proven experience delivering complex projects within media, marketing, technology, consultancy or another project-based environment.
- Strong project planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships across both client and agency teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bring clarity to complex information and keep stakeholders aligned.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges and confidently navigate change.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of projects from planning through to successful delivery.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
- Experience with project management, collaboration and reporting tools.
- A curious, adaptable and commercially minded approach, with a genuine interest in technology, media and delivering great client experiences.
