Salary: £38,000-£48,000 pa depending on experience

As Senior Project Manager, you're the go-to person for clients, planners, and creatives - instrumental to delivering exceptional fundraising campaigns that change the world. You manage the delivery and understand the production process for complex campaigns across digital, print and broadcast. You’ll ensure they are scheduled perfectly and delivered both on time and within budget. You will also be key in supporting Open’s client relationships, making sure we deliver exceptional service to enable us to build partnerships that last.

You'll have:
- A passion for fundraising – and charity sector experience would be a bonus
- At least 3 years experience working within an agency environment or fast-paced organisation as a project manager/senior project manager/producer
- Experience working on large, complex projects across different channels (film experience desirable)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Brilliant organisational skills with a proven ability to multitask
- Strong written and communication skills including writing briefs, summarising insight/research, proofreading and presenting at client meetings
- Understanding of direct marketing KPIs – interpreting and reporting back on results
- Confident project management and decision-making skills
- A good level of customer relationship management skills

Our office is located in Clerkenwell, which is close to the bustling Exmouth Market and within walking distance from Farringdon and King's Cross. The position is hybrid, with at least two days a week spent in our office and can involve travel to meet clients (primarily in London).
We generally aim to appoint at the entry point of the pay band.
