Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A relevant degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
